Help with locate a bug, maybe related to libproxy

With the latest packages, some users experience a crash, others not. It
looks like a downgrade of libproxy1v5 to version 0.4.15-15 might help.
Therefore, I cloned the original bug to #1028638 about libproxy1v5 and
set it to grave, because of the resulting crash:
