Bug#1030123: gnome-photos: drop Recommends on dlenyna-renderer before bookworm

While upgrading an older machine to bookworm I noticed that aptitude
is reluctant to remove dleyna-renderer and dleyna-server for the
libgupnp-av-1.0-3 transition, because that would mean breaking a
Recommends by gnome-photos.

(apt full-upgrade does figure this out, though - it seems aptitude is
more conservative.)

If dleyna-renderer is sufficiently buggy and unmaintained that we have
removed it from Debian (#1023133), then I think we should also not have
Recommends on it.

Strictly speaking this is a Policy §2.2.1 violation, but I don't want
to use Policy as a stick to hit people with, so I'm intentionally not
filing this as RC.
