Bug#1040345: Night Light Mode doesn't work on GNOME 43.6 (Debian-Bookworm)

Dear Maintainer,

* The light filter starts at the scheduled time, but no effect its now
visible on screen.

* No display filter applied, only active, but without effect on screen.

* Reduce the color temperature as it was doing previously.

* I tried with the sid version (Trixie), but did not solved the problem.

System Information:

Host: RV411/RV511/E3511/S3511/RV711/E3411 (Samsung)

CPU: Intel i5 M 460 (4) @ 2.534GHz

Debian Release: bookworm/stable

Architecture: amd64 (x86_64)

GPU: Intel Core Processor

Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-9-amd64

All packages are up to date.
