Bug#973942: nemo: thumbnailing doesn't work for all kinds of videos

Hi,
I just upgraded debian 11 to 12 and this issue popped up. In my case also
generating mp3's covers has issues since it takes a lot of time.

I confirm that adding -l option to /usr/share/thumbnailers/totem.thumbnailer
resolve this bug on my 4 devices
