This update adds 2 patches to fix 2 FTBFS issues (python3.11 & gcc12)

mozjs78 can be built from source

[ Tests ]
mozjs78 in Unstable has built on all release architectures.
mozjs78 does not have autopkgtests itself yet, but all the cjs
autopkgtests triggered by this update have passed.

mozjs78 is the SpiderMonkey JavaScript engine from the obsolete
Firefox ESR 78 branch. It is only used by cjs (a fork of gjs), a
critical element of the Cinnamon desktop. The Cinnamon developers will
eventually switch to newer versions of mozjs but this won't happen for
Bookworm.
