Hi Witold,

The friendly people in #debian-apt proposed to run:

sudo apt install -o Debug::pkgProblemResolver=true -o Debug::pkgDepCache::Marker=1 -o Debug::pkgDepCache::AutoInstall=1 gnome-core

And could you also send your /var/lib/dpkg/status file?
