Gnome desktop accessibility screen keyboard not visible

Dear Gnome-Maintainers,

congratulations to Debian Bookworm, it is such a great operating system.

To make it even better I like to report an issue I encountered with the 
accessibility  tools.

In my installation on two different Notebook computers in default 
configuration (meaning tastksel debian-desktop and gnome-desktop exactly 
as the installer suggests it) the following happens:

I activate the screen-keyboard: no keyboard visible
I log of the gnome-session: screen-keyboard visible

I managed it once, after clicking alot of things that the 
screen-keyboard appered, but, sorry, can not tell what actually caused 
it to appear.

 From my feeling I think that the keyboard is actually activated, but for 
some reason hidden, maybe out of the visible screen area.
