Hello!

src:sysprof has multiple build dependencies in debian/control which are
required for running the testsuite only but yet these build dependencies
are not marked as <!nocheck> to allow the package to be bootstrapped on
a new architecture.

Can you please mark the build dependencies as <!nocheck>?
