Hello!

Trying to build src:sysprof with the "pkg.sysprof.nogui" profile FTBFS with:

Run-time dependency glib-2.0 found: YES 2.77.2
Run-time dependency gio-2.0 found: YES 2.77.2
Run-time dependency gio-unix-2.0 found: YES 2.77.2
Did not find CMake 'cmake'
Found CMake: NO
Run-time dependency gtk4 found: NO (tried pkgconfig)

../meson.build:64:10: ERROR: Dependency "gtk4" not found, tried pkgconfig

A full log can be found at /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/meson-logs/meson-log.txt
        cd obj-x86_64-linux-gnu && tail -v -n \+0 meson-logs/meson-log.txt

This means that breaking the gtk4 <=> sysprof build dependency circle is
currently not possible preventing a successful bootstrap of gtk4 on new
architectures such as loong64.
