moving gnome-shell-extension-tactile into gnome-team/shell-extensions on salsa

After filing Bug#1069273 to allow packaging of the Tactile extension for
gnome-shell, Chris (cc'd) offered to sponsor the upload and suggested
that it should live with the other GNOME Shell extensions on
salsa.debian.org - at the moment it's at
https://salsa.debian.org/dme/gnome-shell-extension-tactile.

If moving it makes sense to the GNOME Team, could you action that? If
there is something that I need to do, please let me know.

I am also, obviously, interested in any feedback on the packaging effort
itself.
