The gnome-bluetooth source package is an obsolete version of essentially
the same upstream code that is now in gnome-bluetooth3 (#1030130), but
we cannot remove it right now because Budgie still needs porting to the
newer version.

Please move src:gnome-bluetooth and all of its binary packages to the
oldlibs section to discourage further uses of it.
