Bug#1089406: gimp-data: upgrade from 2.10.x to 3.0.0 leaves /etc/gimp/2.0 behind

Dear Maintainer,

This is probably related to debian bug #726080, but I had gimp from sid
installed, and the immediate installed gimp 3 from experimental, and got
this:

root at debian:~# apt install gimp/experimental -V --auto-remove  --purge
