Bug#1089567: gnome-console: Push 47 to Unstable/Testing

I think we should upload gnome-console 47 to Unstable now and let it
migrate to Testing.

I had hesitated before because it will break opening new tabs in the
current working directory. However, I reached out to Matthias Klose
about updating Debian's bash to support sourcing
/etc/profile.d/vte-2.91.sh by default. I don't know if it will happen
but I am hopeful.

My opinion is that we also should be encourage gnome-console users to
switch to ptyxis which happens to also have this issue but overall
appears to handle the needs of more of our users than gnome-console
does.

I need to upload gnome-console to fix compatibility with gtk 4.17 and
it's easier to do this with 47 than with 46.

Are there any objections from the team for this upload?
