Please remove retro-gtk from Debian. It has no remaining dependencies
and is basically unmaintained right now.

The library was only in Debian because of gnome-games-app which was
removed because it was no longer buildable or runnable.
gnome-games-app was renamed upstream to High Score but it was never
released. In a bug inquiring about its status, it was suggested that
maybe the app wouldn't use the retro library any more:
