That's not a concrete cursor name, it's an alias in libmutter. Depending
on version of libmutter, it could end up referring to either "dnd-none"
(which is no longer provided) or "no-drop" (which still exists) or
perhaps even something else.

With which version of libmutter-13-0?

Locating some cursors with newer adwaita-icon-theme is known to be
broken with mutter/45.3-2 but should be fixed with mutter/45.3-3, as
far as I know.

If upgrading libmutter-13-0 (and other packages from the same source)
to 45.3-3 fixes this, then you were experiencing #1063640. If not,
we should open a separate bug.
