I am using mutter 45.3-2, so one should check if stable 43.9-0+deb12u1
or oldstable 3.38.6-1~deb11u1 is also fixed in this regards.

But the "Move to another workspace" submenu is gone in mutter 45. I
have a "move to wokspace left" and "Move to workspace right"

Seems to have been reported upstream
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=597763 " Bug 597763 - With

work"

the fix was pushed to upstream master
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/commit/e590cd2 " Don't screw up
the event mask when "managing" our own windows "
ie first in mutter tag 2.91.0.

Could you close the bug report?

Cheers,
Alban
