OK, so now I have done some more testing. And I can not in any
consistent way get it to stop. But it seem to start as soon there are
updates available.
I guess this would really flood the package servers. So is nobody
interested in fixing this?
Or am I just behind at the moment since there are so many packages held
back at the moment. I think I have like 150 packages that does not want
to be installed. Waiting for something to happen.
