In gnome-terminal, going fullscreen hides the top title bar, and only
shows the tab bar; this leaves a bit more room for terminal content, and
for a terminal with only one tab it makes the terminal content 100% of
the display.
In ptyxis, the title bar remains visible in fullscreen mode.
