Bug#1083283: gnome-core: Switch from gnome-terminal to ptyxis

Hi Jeremy and all,

+1 for this change.

I have been using ptyxis for quite some time across other bleeding edge
distro releases that it is present in. I find it to be reliable, stable and
find features such as visual indication when running as super user to be very
welcome.
