I wanted more information about the 'snapshot' binary.

    * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
      ineffective)?

I typed 'man snapshot' in a terminal.

    * What was the outcome of this action?

'No manual entry for snapshot' was written to stdout.

    * What outcome did you expect instead?

I expected to find 'man' pages.
