Yes, that. One unit test is relying on a legacy SysV time zone name, MST,
which is now only available in tzdata-legacy.

Instead of build-depending on tzdata-legacy, it seemed more future-proof
to change the requested time zone from MST (USA Mountain Standard Time,
which is 7 hours behind GMT, all year round) to the equivalent canonical
time zone Etc/GMT+7.
