OK, as libvte matches the xterm default behavior.

Actually, the fact is that in the libvte-based terminals, there isn't
reverse-wraparound at all: if one types "cat" (without arguments) then
a line longer than the terminal width, then the Backspace key several
times, the cursor remains at the beginning of the new line instead of
going backward to the previous line. In xterm, the reverseWrap setting
(which is not the default) solves this issue.
