Please remove vinagre.

Its last upstream release was 8 years ago. It has been archived which
means bug reports, bug fixes, and translation updates are no longer
accepted.

vinagre currently fails to build because gcc-14 is stricter. Even more
pressing is that vinagre uses freerdp2 which will be removed from
Debian "soon" in favor of freerdp3.

There are several actively maintained replacement apps packaged in
Debian including Remmina and GNOME Connections.
