Bug#1079238: gnome-shell-extension-arc-menu: needs update for GNOME Shell 47

Jonathan,

The Arc Menu GNOME Shell extension has a new version 60 release that
adds support for GNOME Shell 47. Could you package it? I'd like to try
to upload GNOME Shell 47 to Unstable soon after 47.0 is released,
which is expected in a few days.

Also, could you update the Homepage and similar field in
debian/copyright to point to https://gitlab.com/arcmenu/ArcMenu ?
