librsvg 2.59.0 was released today. I packaged the release candidate in
Experimental already.

I have hesitated to upload this to Unstable because the new version
switched to meson and removed the installed tests. I reported this
issue at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/librsvg/-/issues/1119 .
Upstream had follow-up questions which Alessandro recently replied to.

On the other hand, the current version of librsvg in Unstable recently
started failing to build. See
https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/librsvg/-/merge_requests/27 for
the fix.
