Upgrade to 2.54 for transmission 4.0.6+dfsg-3

Hi

I try to use the transmission-gtk 4.0.6+dfsg-3, and I get the following 
error: transmission-gtk: symbol lookup error: 
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpangomm-2.48.so.1: undefined symbol: 
pango_item_get_char_offset

I check the repo of pangomm at 
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pangomm/-/tree/master and this symbol 
only exist in tag 2.54.0

Did you plan to upgrade to this version?
