Bug#1081957: libgtk-4-1: libgtk-4-1: vulkan renderer crashes on startup under kwin-wayland

I rebuilt gtk4 with the patch from
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/merge_requests/7726

It fixes the isssue for me.
