When I start Fragments, Fragments shows this message:
Connection error
Failed to establish a connection with the Transmission service
("transmission error").

Workaround
=========
Click ☰ > Add Remote Connection…
Enter localhost for Name and Host
On the next page, enter "transmission" for the username and password
