Bug#1101943: incorrect version in metadata.json, breaks new version notification

I thought about this more and changed my mind a bit. I think the
version field should be correct since it is correct for most other
packaged GNOME Shell extensions.

Here is a (reversed) example of how it could be done:

However, it is best practice in Debian to disable new version
notifications so if this extension will suddenly start prompting about
an outdated extension version, we would need to disable that.
