Control: retitle -1 evince: Be cautious about packaging a GTK4 version

evince 48 was released after reverting the API bump. Therefore, Debian
now has evince 48.

I'm leaving this bug open as a warning about packaging a future GTK4
version. We need to keep Evince's GTK3 libraries around for some apps
that use them and are not ready to be switched to GTK4. Papers
provides GTK4 libraries so I don't really see much point in Evince
removing its GTK3 support.
