unblock: gnome-online-accounts/3.54.3-3 (pre-approval)

Since we are now in the "quiet week" and it seems unlikely for the
Release Team to consider this a "critical fix" and because I consider
the MIcrosoft account disabling to not be suitable for a Stable
Update, I am self-closing this bug.

I intend to proceed with uploading this update to unstable for forky
soon. I am likely to try to update gnome-online-accounts 3.54.* for
trixie as a regular stable update later without the Microsoft account
change.
