gnome-photos was archived upstream earlier this year which means that
bug fixes, bug reports, and translations are no longer accepted.

GNOME now recommends loupe which is an image viewer and basic image editor.

Other alternatives include gthumb, shotwell, and digikam.

Please remove gnome-photos from Debian.
