Bug#1112257: gnome-mimeapps has entry for evince but not papers

gnome-mimeapps.list has entries for PDF files using
org.gnome.Evince.desktop, but not for using papers. As a result:

$ xdg-mime query default application/pdf
gimp.desktop

That's a substantial usability issue.

Now that papers has become the default PDF viewer, please adjust
/usr/share/applications/gnome-mimeapps.list to reference
org.gnome.Papers.desktop .
