GTK 3 and 4 in testing/unstable haven't changed recently, so I suspect
this is a libcups regression, probably the same one as
#1121751/#1121895/#1121660 (recently fixed in unstable by a new cups
upload). Please try with libcups2t64/2.4.16-1 when it becomes available
on your mirror.
The same is true for the bugs reported against papers and evince.
