Bug#1122662: Add "Recent" to the Export As… dialog

As of now, in GIMP 3.0.4 on Debian 13, the virtual folder "Recent", "Recently accessed", or "Recently used" is not seen in the dialog "Export As…" by default. A screenshot for the locale en_US.utf8 is attached.
Please add it by default so that the user doesn't have to work around.
