There is an installed .desktop file but the upstream developers have
hidden it by default.

mkdir -p ~/.local/share/applications
cp /usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Adwaita1.Demo.desktop
~/.local/share/applications/

Then edit ~/.local/share/applications/org.gnome.Adwaita1.Demo.desktop
to remove the NoDisplay=true line.
