gnome-devel-docs was archived upstream 3.5 years ago which means that
bug fixes, bug reports, and translations are no longer accepted.

That was before libadwaita had its first stable release. Debian's copy
of the documentation is getting increasingly outdated.

The GNOME developer documentation is currently published at
https://developer.gnome.org/
with source code at these repos:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Websites?filter=developer.gnome.org

I don't think it's expected for distros to want to package copies of
those websites for offline use.

Therefore, please remove gnome-devel-docs from Debian.
