This failure also happens with gtk4 in Unstable. As with the similar
mutter bug https://bugs.debian.org/1095225 we need to fix this in gtk4
not adwaita-icon-theme.

adwaita-icon-theme is currently prevented from migrating to Testing
because of the mutter autopkgtest regressions. But I'll file an
explicit bug to prevent migration.
