Package: gnome-shell
Version: 48~beta-1
Severity: grave
Tags: experimental pending
Justification: renders package unusable
I upgraded gnome-shell from unstable to experimental today to get a preview
of how the transition to 48 will look, and found that gdm3 crashed during
startup:

Upgrading gnome-shell-common to a matching version resolved this.
I'll make the obvious change when I have a bug number, but I wanted to
report this so that early adopters are aware of the necessary workaround.
