Bug#1098882: tracker-extract: /usr/libexec/localsearch-3 high cpu usage and filling logs with 'No such file or directory' error

Dear Maintainer,

I noticed that downloading videos using yt-dlp into ~/Videos directory causes /usr/libexec/localsearch-3 to use 100% CPU and while logging at a high rate the following error:

Feb 25 14:05:51 computer localsearch-3[44161]: (localsearch-extractor-3:44161): Tracker-WARNING **: 14:05:51.443: Could not get mimetype, Error when getting information for file “/home/gabriel/Videos/foobar.temp.webm”: No such file or directory

This issue can be reproduced with tracker-miner-fs-3 package at version 3.7.4-1 from testing as well as 3.8.2-3 from unstable and requires a service restart to make it stop.
