As far as I can tell from build logs, this seems to be an
architecture-specific problem on mips64el, possibly a rustc/cargo bug.
I have opened a separate FTBFS bug and asked the mips64el porting team to
investigate.

Pinging this bug to reset the autoremoval clock, although in practice
librsvg is a key package and can't be removed (if it could, I'd be asking
for architecture-specific removal from mips64el).
