I believe this has been fixed in ptyxis 48 Alpha 2. See

I don't know yet whether it will be possible to get ptyxis 48 into
Debian 13. I believe ptyxis 48 Alpha 2 currently works with Trixie's
version of gtk4 and libadwaita but needs a yet unreleased version of
vte2.91.
