gnome-dictionary has been abandoned upstream, and is a client for an
oudated remote-dictionary-access protocol that primarily works with
a severely outdated dictionary (derived from the out-of-copyright 1913
Merriam Webster dictionary). It is a leaf package with no rdeps.

I don't think this is suitable for inclusion in our future stable
releases. A web browser or specialized client querying Wiktionary seems
like a better tool.

more information is required.
