Bug#1093651: balsa: I lost my Inbox

Dear Maintainer,

Trying to create an IMAP mailbox (and failed to connect it), I chose to make
its Inbox my Inbox.
Alas, I lost all my messages stored in Inbox.
The IMAP box failed, so I removed it and… lost my Inbox.
I closed then ran Balsa again, Inbox is back but won’t receive any message now.
It seems to be assigned to a non-existent IMAP box and not to my POP boxes
anymore.
I can’t edit its properties, I can’t remove it because it’s used by Balsa.
