gimp-help installs to /usr/share/gimp/2.0/help/

This won't work now that Debian's gimp is 3.0 RC2.

I requested that upstream do a new gimp-help release:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp-help/-/issues/512

Otherwise, we could package a git snapshot or at least try
cherrypicking something like
