libchamplain is not compatible with our 64-bit time transition.
Upstream developers prefer
that apps switch from gtk3+libchamplain to gtk4+libshumate.

Both eog-plugins and evolution have arch-specific build-depends for
libchamplain that exclude armel and armhf. eog-plugin-map is NBS (see
blocking bug). There is also a blocking bog requesting removal of
fotoxx on armel and armhf. qreator is an arch: all package.

Therefore, please remove libchamplain on armel and armhf.
