The new version of tepl requires libgedit-gfls so the easiest way to
get tepl updated is to wait for that to be accepted through the NEW
queue into Debian.

Sorry for the delay in updating gedit and its libraries. I was
initially blocked by https://bugs.debian.org/1072540 which I think is
fixed but I have not verified it yet since I haven't built the latest
gedit yet.
