Bug#1109381: evince: 48.1-1 regression: hamburger menu remains open when entering presentation mode

Package: evince
Version: 48.1-1
Severity: important

To reproduce:

* Open a PDF. On a default GNOME installation,
  /usr/share/doc/shared-mime-info/shared-mime-info-spec.pdf is a
  convenient example.

* Open the hamburger menu

* Click on "Present as Slideshow"

Expected result: The document fills the screen, with black letterboxing
or pillarboxing as appropriate. The hamburger menu disappears.

Actual result: In 48.0-1, the document does not fill the screen if the
test machine is HighDPI (that's #1093497) but the hamburger menu
correctly disappears. In 48.1-1, the document *does* fill the screen
(#1093497 is fixed) but the hamburger menu incorrectly does not
disappear. Clicking outside it does not close it, either.

This might be a regression in 48.1 upstream, or it might be a regression
in one of the additional patches I applied from the upstream gnome-48
branch. None of them look like obvious culprits, though, so I'm
surprised by this regression.
