In the begining, I removed a faulty memory module because one to two broken memory had made my computer crashed, and I totally have 4 GB memory now. The weird problem occurred, and my PC started blank screek or freeze when I was using Gnome (Wayland), however, KDE (Wayland) didn't crash. So, I decided to reinstall my PC.

I tried to reinstall debian 13 + gnome 48(Wayland) on my 4 GB computer. Interestingly, my computer didn't crash anymore, but the new problem was come out. When I used Gnome desktop, my left-click registered as a scroll wheel action and mid-click became unresponsive or trigger unintended actions, expecially the memory usage rising. What's more, when I used arrow keys (Up, Down, Left, Right) for navigation or text selection, they sometimes register as literal 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' characters, or cause text to be unexpectedly highlighted/selected. The same as before, KDE(Wayalnd) didn't have any problems on my computer. I also installed many kind of desktop environments(like xfce, lxqt and cinnamon), and there is no any problem on my computer (except Gnome).

p.s.
* I have checked GNOME's Accessibility settings and found no relevant options enabled that would cause this behavior.
* No specific error messages appear on screen when these issues occur. I have not yet checked system logs (`journalctl -xe`, `dmesg`) for relevant errors at the time of the issue.
* No third-party GNOME Shell extensions are currently enabled.
* I didn't use Xorg Session while using Gnome and KDE Plasma.
