[ Reason ]
This is a new bugfix release in the stable 48.x series.

[ Impact ]
This bugfix release further improves RAM use by gnome-software. It
also includes translation updates. Since gnome-software is currently
configured to run continually in the background in GNOME, I think any
memory consumption improvement can be very helpful to many people.

[ Tests ]
There are no autopkgtests nor build tests.

In my manual testing, the RAM performance improvement seemed
relatively small. The upstream issue suggests it would be more
pronounced if I had Flathub set up which is not done by default in
Debian GNOME nor did I do it.

I verified that I was able to install and uninstall the ptyxis app
(.deb package) using gnome-software in Debian trixie.

Because gnome-software runs continually in the background, I logged
out and logged back after updating gnome-software.

[ Risks ]
Key package used by the GNOME and Cinnamon desktops. If the app breaks
(unlikely in this update), people can use apt, flatpak, or snap from
the terminal instead.
